To ensure uninterrupted heat supply for the hospital in Odesa, LLC DB "Architect Expert", commissioned by LLC "Construction Company STEK" and funded by the World Health Organization, developed a project for a vital facility – a 1 MW block-modular boiler house with auxiliary buildings and structures for the Odesa Regional Center for Socially Significant Diseases of the Odesa Regional Council.
The boiler house, manufactured by LLC "ARES-UKRAINE", is supplied in full factory readiness and equipped with two solid-fuel fire-tube boilers Altep KVT Max, 500 kW each.
The structural scheme of the boiler house is a module made of a metal frame, clad with profiled sheeting and insulated with mineral wool.
The total installed thermal capacity of the boiler house is 1.0 MW. The boiler house's thermal scheme provides for the preparation of heat for the consumer in the form of a heat carrier (water) for the heating system with a temperature schedule of 80-60°C. The volume of the external fuel storage bunker is 20 m³, designed for 7 days. The annual volume of fuel transportation is 465.23 tons/year, and the volume of ash transportation is 16.0 tons/year.
